Artsy Monday #7

It's another Artsy Monday....yes, already.  And, here's the entry:

This picture was drawn in 2001.  I believe I tackled this in the winter time, beginning of the year, after finishing a few other pictures.  Anyhoo, this is my homage to Street Fighter EX2 Plus. I considered doing EX at first, but I didn't like the picture selection.  The art style this game brought to the table was unlike any I had seen from Capcom.  So, I had to jump on the occasion to do this.  It was the last of the Street Fighter pictures I would draw.....until....
